The Eiffel Bridge, 2018

One of Viana do Castelo's principal landmarks is the 1878 bridge that was designed by Gustave Eiffel. It crosses the Lima River, and its tracks carry the train that runs between Oporto and Vigo, Spain. Those same tracks delineate Viana's historic quarter. When I walk under the bridge I find myself forever looking for symmetry, always at the risk of falling into the river, haha :-)
