Three Windows at the Matadero, Madrid

This 2008 photograph can no longer be taken because the windows have been closed. The night that this interior was illuminated in red was when the Matadero had just opened as a new contemporary art center and just about all of the 17 former slaughterhouse buildings were still empty shells.
