Blue Berlin, 2008

Contemporary Art Museum in Berlin. Video projections were set up in recycled containers. A column and a man. A blue green pause for both of us. Time to linger in a city undergoing profound changes. Plans for reunification of museum collections on both sides of the wall.

My second trip to Berlin didn't give me any time to linger but did introduce me to a couple of impressive artist in residency programs. Days were spent interviewing founders and directors, evenings spent enjoying time with a number of Spanish artists that had set up studios there. Good times.
